We are looking for a leader who can communicate clearly Lancaster Cupcakes' core values and mission to our retail team and customers. The right candidate will be self-motivated, can motivate others, and be willing to have constructive conversations.

The daily tasks look like this:

• Communication of company Values and Mission on a daily basis
• Building a team atmosphere that promotes Holistic Care
• Prepares staff work schedules and assigns specific duties.
• Train new and current team members on updated processes.
• Quarterly employee reviews and provide continued team recognition
• Sets production charts for goods based on forecasts of customer demand.
• Directs administrative activities concerning product production needs, sales, and inventory.
• Monitors supply to ensure inventory is in stock.
• Coordinates a budget to fund operations and increase efficiency.
• Reviews financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
• Establishes or implements departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures.
